Liz Hunt is a writer and poet based in New Jersey. She has been writing for four years. Her articles and poetry have appeared in Refinery29, Flora Fiction, Kennings Artistic and Literary Journal, Collective World by Thought Catalog and The Ascent. She is the author of When Life Begins and Ends, a collection of poetry and prose which stems from her journey with grief after losing her mom when she was 18 years old and her dad when she was 21 years old. Liz’s work is an honest reflection of her journey of reckoning with and acknowledging death and its impact on her life and identity. She is working on her next collection of poetry and prose inspired by growth, nature and seeing beauty in who one is.
